| NCSU stages protest against mismanagement in JKBOSE | | Protestors struggled to find even single authority to register protest | |
Jammu | May 24 The activists of National Conference Students Union (NCSU) today staged a dharna at the office of Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) against the alleged mismanagement of affairs by the board authorities. The activists about 50 in number raised slogans against the Chairman and even moved through the entire office complex but surprisingly failed to come across even a single board authority during the hour long process. The activists who were led by Vikas Sharma, criticized board authorities for turning a blind eye towards the burning issues of students. They were critical about the amount of hardships faced by the students while submitting examination forms. While talking to ‘Early Times’, Vikas Sharma alleged that visitors to Board are falling easy prey to agents as board people are cooperating with them. He also leveled allegation that some nearby shop keepers were selling forms which are free of cost. It is to mention that these protesting activists struggled to find even a single concerned authority in the Board to register their protest which indicates the height of mis-management and poor administration in JKBOSE. Meanwhile, NCSU activists warned the board authorities to mend their way or face the consequences
