Seven shops were gutted in a fire erupted mysteriously in Kishtwar last night. The loss worth seven lakhs was reported in the incident. According to reports, last night fire broke out in Malik Market area at Kishtwar in which seven shops engulfed. After noticing the fire, local people immediately informed the matter to the police which rushed to spot and controlled the fire with the help of fire tenders.
Meanwhile, people of the area protested against the unnecessary delay caused by the fire tenders for their service. Police has registered a case in this regard and investigating the matter.
