| INTUC President calls on CM | | |

-President State Unit of the Indian National Trade Union Congress (INTUC) Shiv Kumar Sharma today called on the Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad here and presented him a memorandum listing demands of the employees working in several government and Public Sector Undertakings.
The memorandum, among other things demanded, increase in the wages of daily rate workers, regularization of Anganwari workers and contractual ReTs, grant of one time capital subsidy to PSUs to come out from the financial crunch, clearance of pending liabilities, revival of sick units, re- adjustment of ousted employees of closed down PSUs extension of pension scheme to PSUs, conversion of COLA into DA and release of pending installments of COLA and DA for the years 2004 to 2007. |
