| APMCC gives wake up call to Dogras, KPS, Bhuddists, Sikhs | | ‘GOI working on Dixon Plan’ | |

The displaced Kashmir Pandits, Dogras of Jammu, Bhuddists of Ladakh and Sikhs, besides POK refugees in Jammu are at the threshold of another catastrophe which is going to happen due the another political blunder of Government of India (GOI) after Jawahir Lal Nehru’s plebiscite, said APMCC in its meeting held here today under the chairmanship of Vinod Pandit.
The ghost of Dixon plan is set to haunt these categories of the communities. The track two and track three operations with over ground and underground State and non-state actors is bound to divide Jammu and Ladakh regions as well and will snatch the existing political turf from under the feet to KPs, the meeting felt
Saying that the Dixon plan is Kashmir-centric rulers’ empowerment and the Greater Kashmir is writing on the wall in Jammu, while Dogras, Pandits, Bhuddists are in slumber state the meeting decided to oppose all such steps that will not only marginalize Jammu Dogras to two to three districts of Jammu, Kathua and Reasi and Ladakhis to Leh district alone while the existence of KPs will be wiped out once for all.
As per reports, GOI, the separatists and the mainstream Kashmir political parties, including NC and PDP, are working on to give final shape to the implementation of Dixon plan, the proof of which has openly come out from the mouth of Sajad Lone at a public rally. What does it mean, let Jammu and Ladakh people remain separate if they are not interested to live under Kashmir rule, the AMPCC observed..
Under theses circumstances in which Lone demands trifurcation, PDP for self rule, National Conference for greater autonomy, Hurriyat Conference for independence and Jammu Mukti Morcha (JMM) for separate Jammu State, displaced Kashmiri Pundits today demand a “Separate State” for Kashmiri Migrants and Sikhs in Kashmir Valley with self rule and other nationalistic people including Dogras.
The separate state for Kashmiri Migrants would end the persuasion of Hindus in valley for several decades of Muslim rulers, APMCC said.
A separate state would have free flow of Indian Constitution with self – rule and democratic setup. The separate state demand includes settling of erstwhile refugee Hindus of Muzaffarabad in Kashmir Valley as most of them speak Kashmiri language as is spoken by Hindus and Muslims of Kashmir valley.
The meeting alleged that under a well calculated move the Hindus from Muzaffabad were forced out of Muzaffarabad (POK) and also from Kashmir and thrown out of Jammu to Himachal Pradesh by the then leader, former Chief Minister Sheikh Mohammed Abdullah. It was wicked game plan of Muslim Conference now NC headed by Sheikh Mohammed Abdullah to refrain from settling Muzaffrabad based Hindus in Kashmir valley, where they had every right to do so..
Therefore, we want reversal of this process, if the Government turned clock back by imposing self rule and autonomy of PDP and NC, all Kashmiri Pandits in Jammu, refugees of POK should be settled in separate state within the valley, APMCC said..
In this direction, APMCC would engage KP leadership in debate over the separate state demand and hold deliberations with other KP organizations, the meeting decided.. |
