| GCE Jammu holds Alumni Meet | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 22: Govt College of Education (GCE) Jammu organized meet in the college in which pass outs of college shared some cherished memories during this special reunion occasion.
College spokesperson said, "The meeting offered a platform to all the Alumni of the college the college belonging to the different sectors to share their experiences and at their suggestions for the future success of the College.
At the onset of occasion the College principal Prof (Dr)Ajeet Angral presented the welcome address and highlighted the developmental programmes of the college along with some issues.
Among the prominent present on the occasion included Prof (Dr) Arun Gupta (Director MIER), Prof S D Suri (Ex HOD and Dean, Deptt Of Education, University of Jammu), Prof K K Sawhny, (Ex Prof DDE, University of Jammu, Prof Ramzan Ali along with a galaxy of other dignitaries.
Besides cultural programme presented by alumini, a detailed report of college achievements was presented by Power Point Presentation.
During the meeting the valuable suggestion given by all the Alumni were recorded and they were made ensured that their suggestions will be taken care in the upcoming sessions.
Special invitees Arun Gupta, S D Suri and all others distinguished alumni humming similar tunes said that they will extend full cooperation to the principal, staff and students of the college in bringing this college up to the mark of excellence.
Vote of thanks was presented by Prof.(Dr)Raj Singh Narania while proceedings of the programme were conducted by Neerja Sharma and Ms.Tanzeel. |
