| Three arrested for smuggling bovines | | |

Kud police today arrested three persons for on the charges of smuggling bovines and recovered 22 animals from their possession when they were on way to Srinagar. According to reports, today police booked specific information on smuggling of bovines and laid a naka. During checking police stooped two trucks bearing No. 938/JK02R and 7605/JK02F and recovered 22 bovines in the vehicles and arrested three persons including drivers of the trucks respectively namely Liyakat Ali S/o Nazer Ahmed R/o village Rangoora, Sunderbani were arrested and trucks seized in this behalf.
