| MFAEA demands inquiry | | Recent interviews fraud, biased, Amarjeet alleges | |
Jammu May 25 Alleging that the interview conducted recently for the post of Instructor and Assistant Instructor was biased and fraud, All J&K Music and Fine Arts Unemployed Aluminous Association (MFAEA) in an emergent meeting held under the chairmanship of S. Amarjeet Singh. General Secretary has asked for an enquiry into the entire issue. ‘Terming the entire selection process and the interview conducted by Principal of Music and Fine Arts Institute, Jammu, Savita Bakshi, as biased and fraud’, Amarjeet ‘alleged that the deserving candidates were totally ignored in the selection for the post of Instructor and Assistant Instructor’ and urged the Chief Minister, who is also the President of the Cultural Academy, to hold an enquiry into the selection and the interviews. He further alleged that Parveen Sabaherwal and Savita Bakshi are close friends and the former favored the favourable students of Savita Bakshi in this whole process while the deserving candidates were totally ignored. It is pertinent to mention here that Savita Bakshi was herself as a member in the interview panel. The Association President threatened to launch agitation if the justice was denied to the deserving candidates. Among those who participated in the meeting included Ritu Sharma, Prinka Sharma, Sanjeet Kour, Harpal Singh and Sahil Sharma.
