People of both regions want their promises to be fulfilled: Kuldeep Rao | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 28: The members of Movement for Peace, Equality and Justice Kuldeep Kumar Rao and Ram Singh Chauhan commenting on the fractured mandate given to the political parties and the delay in the formation of government said the people of both the regions want a government representing both BJP & PDP so that promises made to their respective people could be fulfilled. The NC & Congress have been rejected by the electorate of both the regions & should be kept at bay having no significant role in the formation of government because in 2008 state Assembly elections both these Parties, the NC & Congress, day in & day out have labeled BJP & PDP as communal and untouchable. Same precarious situation has arisen for the BJP as they have been politically forced to align with " Baap Beti" or " Baap Beta". Taking due care of the will of people of both region, the BJP & PDP should form a government, reaching out to a common minimum programme with shared term of three years each. The PDP should give chance to BJP first so as to 2004 episode & apprehensions of withdrawing support to Congress by the PDP is not repeated. |
