| SRMWC appeals JMC Commissioner to re-build drain | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 28: Shri Ranbireshwar Mandir Welfare Committee (SRMWC) today appealed to Commissioner of Jammu Muncipal Corporation, Kiran Wattal to raise the height of drain in front of SRMWC Shalamar Road Jammu from Geeta Bhawan to City Chowk. According to press release, while talking to media persons the spokesperson and Legal Advisor of SRMWC, Jyoti Sarup Mishra said that almost every time especially as in the rainy season this drain remains choked and devotees face many problems while visiting the temple.
He said that this is a long pending demand of the devotees and SRMWC appeals to JMC to kindly consider this demand and raise the height of the drain.
He further said that some months ago committee has raised this demand but JMC took no steps and now committee once again make a fervor appeal to the JMC commissioner to re construct the drain and raise its height for the benefit of the devotees.
He also appeals JMC commissioner to take concrete steps to clean the areas adjoining the temple. |
