JAMMU, Dec 28: Vishal Sharma has been elected as president of the Jammu District Karate Association in an election meeting held here today. The meeting was chaired by president of Amateur Karate-Do Association, Ambedkar Gupta.
Sanjay Kumar and Umesh Rekhi have unanimously been elected as vice presidents while Manoj Mehra named general secretary of the Association, a handout issued here today said. Amandeep Singh and Ganesh Gupta have been named joint secretaries while Shaveta Gupta nominated as treasurer.
Among others who were present in the election meeting were Brijesh Bhau, Naresh Chander, Farhat Zari, Balbir Singh, Rohit Thakyal and Rajesh Kumar.
