JAMMU, Dec 28: The workers of the district Congress Seva Dal, Doda celebrated 130th Foundation day of the Indian national Congress and Congress Seva Dal at a function held at Bhalla Bhaderwah today. According to press release, the function was presided over by its District chief organsier Surinder Singh Manhas. While addressing the activists Manhas Said, it was the only political party which believes in secularism and socialism and as its roots in every nook and corner of the Country. Manhas reiterated the Indian National Congress commitment to continue with good governance and development activities and welfare programme for the progress of the Public. On the occasion, the workers took a pledge to fight the communal forces.
