| 1 killed, 8 injured in separate road mishaps | | |
Jammu, May 26
One person died and three others were injured when an auto they were traveling in turn turtle at Jakh Bar village on Jammu-Pathankote road, while five others suffered injures in a another road mishap on near Chanderkot on Jammu-Srinagar national highway.
Sources revealed that an Auto Rickshaw on way to Kathua turned turtle on reaching near Jakh Bar resulting in on the spot death of one person and injuries to three others.
The diseased have been identified as Prabal Sharma son of Bansi Lal of Subash Nagar. The injured have been shifted to district hospital Kathua.
Meanwhile, five persons receive injuries after their vehicle had head on collusion with a fast driven truck coming from opposite direction at Kandhar Morh near Chanderkot on Jammu Srinagar national highway.
The injured were immediately shifted to government medical college Jammu, where doctors attending them declared their condition as stable
