Unemployed ITI electrician diploma holders continued their protest for 49th day here today. The association under the chairmanship of Rakesh Sharma is demanding adjustment of diploma holders on the pattern of Rehbare scheme. Addressing the agitators today Sarma said that there are many posts lying vacant in PDD department which have not been filled since 1981.
All J&K unemployed ITI Diploma Holders Association announced to hold a peaceful protest rally on 29th may in the city of Temples to highlight their much genuine pending demands before the government.
Others who were present included Sunil Bali, Vimal Dev, Satish Kotwal and Manjit Singh.
