| Thieves struck in temples | | |

Thieves struck in several temples in the famous religious tourist spot at Akhnoor area and looted some cash and gold ornaments.
According to reports late last night some thieves entered in Jia Pota temple and looted gold ornaments from the spot and later entered Radha Krishan Mandir and also looted cash from there. They are also reported to have looted two more temples in the area and took away the cash and golden ornaments.
Early morning, when pujaris of these temples opened the mandir they found locks broken of all the four temples and immediately informed the police.
The police immediately rushed to the spot and registered case in this regard and started search to apprehend the culprits behind these thefts.
