Violation of Child Labour Act continues
Cases against three accused filed in Court

KISHTWAR May
28- Cases were filed today in the court of Sub-Judge here against Delhi Motors Bus stand Kishtwar, Hansraj Dogra Tea stall and Mohammed Amin Tapal Auto spare spare parts for violating the Child Labour Act by engaging three under aged children.
The Labour Inspector Bal Krishan Singh today filed the case against these three dealers for violating the Child Labour Act in the Court of Sub Judge and the next date of hearing has been fixed on June.
The Labour Inspector in his petition alleged that these dealers have engaged three young children namely Mohammed Imran son of Nazir Ahmed, Foji Ram son of Ram Lal and Ganesh Chander son of Pradeep Kumar in gross violation of the standing rules banning child labour in any form.
The Inspector has sought cooperation from the general public in identifying the dealers involved in engaging the teenaged boys for child labour and said that the Department has set up a labour welfare centre to provide free medical aid to the labourers
