Syed Ghulan Nabi Forah, State President Rashtriya Janta Dal (RJD) has warned the coalition partners that it was not the time to raise the issues of confrontation but more important was to win the hearts and minds of the people in the state.
Forah in a statement issued here today alleged that statements being made by the Congress leaders’ only intensity the resurgent wave of alienation
He said that coalition Government had made promises in their common minimum program for withdrawal of Disturbed Area Act and Armed Forces Special Powers Act for restoration of rule of law in the state. But they have totally failed to bring complete peace and normalcy in the state and to stop human rights violations.
Forah asked the Congress leadership to learn lessons from your past mistakes and initiate a meaningful dialogue with the PDP leadership regarding the withdrawal of troops and
AFSP Act apart from Disturbed Area Act.
Forah urged the Congress-PDP leadership to settle their differences and try to solve the burning problems faced by the people.
