Srinagar, May 28
– The State Government today ordered transfers and postings of 15 officers including two KAS officers with immediate effect.
1. Mr. Hafizullah shah, KAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Shopian has been posted as Assistant Commissioner (Revenue) Shopian against available vacancy.
2. Mr. Kewal Krishan sharma, KAS, Assistant Commissioner (Revenue) Rajouri has been transferred and posted as General manager, district Industries Centre, Rajouri against available vacancy.
3. Mr. Bashir Ahmad Khan, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Kulgam has been posted as Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), Kulgam against available vacancy.
4. Mr. Bikram Singh Jamwal, Collector, Land Acquisition, J&K Housing Board, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), Reasi against available vacancy.
5. Mr. Sudershan Kapoor, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bani has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), Kathua against available vacancy.
6. Mr. Farooq Ahmad Shah, Tehsildar, Kotranka has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), Kishtwar against available vacancy.
7. Mr. Anil Koul, Tehsildar, Relief Organization, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Collector Land Acquisition, Northern Railway, Udhampur against available vacancy.
8. Mr. Shahbaz Ahmad Mirza (RBA), Tehsildar, Thanamandi has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), Poonch against available vacancy.
9. Mr. Inderjeet (SC), Tehsildar, Relief Organization, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), Rajouri vice Mr. Kewal Krishan Sharma.
10. Ms. Kusum Badiyal, Tehsildar, Relief Organization, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), Relief Organization, Jammu.
11. Ms. Vivek Sharma, Tehsildar, J&K Special tribunal, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Collector, Land Acquisition, J&K Husing Board, Jammu vice Mr. Bikram Singh Jamwal.
12. Mr. Muneer-ul-Islam, Tehsildar, Kulgam has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), Ganderbal against available vacancy.
13. Mr. Mohammad Rafi (ST), Tehsildar, Karnah has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), Baramulla against available vacancy.
14. Mr. Mohammad Shafiq Chak (RBA), Tehsildar, (Settlement) Ramban has been transferred and posted as Collector, Land Acquisition, Irrigation and Flood Control Department, Srinagar relieving Mr. Mohammad Ayub Sheikh, collector, LAWDA, Srinagar of the additional charge of this post.
15. Mr. Shahnawaz Bukhari, Tehsildar, Khansahib has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), Bandipore against available vacancy.
The order issued to this regard adds that the arrangements from serial No. 03 to 15 above are made purely on stop gap basis and in the interest of administration and shall not confer any preferential right on these officers for promotion as and when appointments/promotions to the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (KAS) are made under rules from the Jammu and Kashmir Revenue (Gaz) Service. Also, the placement of the officers from serial No. 03 to 15 on higher posts shall be in their own pay and grade and shall be without prejudice to the seniority of other members/officers of the Jammu and Kashmir Revenue (Gazetted) Service and these officers shall remain in their parent service/department.
