| DDC Rajouri to hold public darbars | | |
RAJOURI, May 28
On the directions of Chief Minister that District Development Commissioners will hold public darbars in every block, tehsil headquarters to listen to the problems of public and to address them on the spot.
District Development Commissioner, Rajouri, Mr. Rafiq Ahmed Sheikh has chalked out a programme for holding such darbars at each block and tehsil headquarter which will commence from June this year.
According to an official spokesman, all the district officers will accompany the DDC during these darbars. The schedule of the sittings will on every first Wednesday of the month, darbar would be held in tehsil Koteranka followed by Ist and 2nd Saturday at Nowshera and Sunderbani. Similarly, on 2nd and 3rd Wednesday of the month, sittings would be held at Kalakote and Koteranka and on 3rd Saturday and 4th Wednesday of each month at Darhal and Thanna Mandi blocks respectively. Besides sitting at Rajouri blocks headquarter has been decided on every Friday.
The darbar would be held between 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the said dates. In case of busy schedule of the DDC, the same sitting would be held on every next day of the mentioned days.
