| Sikh Sangat holds strong protest against sacrilege act. | | |

Various Sikh organizations staged strong protest against the ‘sacrilege act and blasphemy’ here today at Satwari chowk. The protestors raising slogans against the Dera Sacha Souda Punjab demanded early arrest of the said Mahant who figured himself as a 10th Guru Gobind Singh Ji. The protestors also protested against the Badal government, the central administration and the CBI Department.
Sikh organization, strongly condemned, opposed and criticized the action of the self-styled Guru and Chief of Dera Sacha Sauda and said that ¬the action of the said person is highly objectionable and cannot be tolerated at any cost by the Sikh community. They urged the people to come on a platform and move ahead to stem out the roots of such developments which cannot be tolerated. Sikh community shall sacrifice as in the past including Sikh Panth, if such incidents are not stopped, the Sikh organizations said in a release.
