| BJP demands high level enquiry into death of Shaily Singh | | |

Alleging that the killing of Shaily Singh at Udrana near Bhaderwah town is a part of conspiracy hatched by those black-sheep in the government having links with the militants,BJP State President, Ashok Khajuria, has demanded a high level inquiry into his death.
While expressing his grief and shock over the killing of brave Shaily Singh,
Khajuria said today that ‘it is a well designed plan to eliminate all those brave police officials, who have been successfully engaged in failing the nefarious designs of the militants and their supporters in the administration’.
‘Killing of Shailey Singh is a murder’, he said and demanded that a thorough probe should be ordered to unravel the truth. He said that members of minority community are living in the militancy hit far flung areas of Doda district because of the presence of the dedicated officials like martyr Shailey Singh ‘One can’t understand why Shailey Singh was called from Jammu to launch operation against militants when there were other officials and policemen available in the area, he asked?.
Expressing sympathies with the bereaved family, he said, BJP salutes the brave family of Shailey Singh which has the record of sacrifices. He demanded that a high level committee he constituted to look into the circumstances that led to killing of brave son of the soil.
