In the interest of administration, the following transfers and postings are hereby ordered with immediate effect:
1. Mr. Sundeep Kumar Nayak, IAS (JK:88), under orders of repatriation from Central deputation, is posted as Principal Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department, vice Mr. Arun Kumar Mehta.
2. Mr. Shaleen Kabra, IAS (JK:92), Member, J&K Special Tribunal, is transferred and posted as Commissioner /Secretary to the Government, School Education Department, vice Ms. Nirmal Sharma.
3. Ms. Sarita Chauhan, IAS (JK:99), awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Higher Education Department, relieving Mr. Mohammad Ashraf Bukhari, IAS, of the additional charge of the post.
4. Mr. Sanjeev Verma, IAS (JK:01), Secretary to the Government, Bureau of Public Enterprises, Floriculture and Horticulture Department, is transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department, relieving Mr. Gazzanfar Hussain, IAS, of the additional charge of the post.

the Government, School Education Department, is transferred and posted as Excise Commissioner, J&K, vice Mr. Zaffar Ahmad Bhat.

8. Mr. Kifayat Hussain Rizvi, IAS (JK:02), Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, J&K, is transferred and posted as Managing Director, J&K SIDCO, vice Mr. 3.5. Dua, who shall report to his parent organization i.e. J&K SICOP.
9. Mr. Shafiq Ahmad Raina, IAS (JK:02), Director, Rural Development, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Managing Director, J&K Housing Board, relieving Mr. Ram Pal Gupta, Secretary, J&K Housing Board of the additional charge of the post.
10.Mr. Sajad Ahmad Khan, IAS (JK:02), Deputy Commissioner, Pulwama, is transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Industries and Commerce Department.
11. Ms. Sheetal Nanda, IAS (JK:06), Managing Director, J&K Medical Supplies Corporation, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Samba, vice Mr. Mubarak Singh.
12. Mr. Saugat Biswas, IAS (JK:06), Director, Employment, J&K, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Leh, vice Mr. Simrandeep Singh.
13. Mr. Simrandeep Singh, IAS (JK:08), Deputy Commissioner, Leh, is transferred and posted as Director, School Education, Jammu, vice Choudhary Rashid Azam Inqalabi.
14. Mr. Jatindera Kumar Singh, IAS (JK:08), Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri, is transferred and posted as Additional Chief Executive Officer, Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board, vice Mr. P.P. Singh, IFS, who shall report to his parent department for further
posting after being relieved by the Governor's Secretariat.

16. Mr. Prasanna Ramaswamy G, IAS (JK:10), Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kathua, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kargil, vice Mr. Mohammad Sadiq Sheikh.

post. He shall concurrently function as Director, Tourism, Kashmir.
