SAMBA, Jan 31: Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) today held a review meeting with regard to various arrangements being made for the 60th National School Games in Speedball for under-19 boys and girls.
The event is being hosted by district Samba at Mahavir International School, Vijaypur from February two to February seven.
Chaired by Deputy Director DYSS, Haji Mirza, the meeting was also attended by the Assistant Director, Rupinder Jeet Kour. The visiting officers were briefed about the preparations on ground by District Youth Services and Sports Officer, Samba, Subash Chander Bhardwaj.
The Deputy Director also discussed the technical aspects of the event and issued instructions regarding best possible arrangements for boarding and lodging of the visiting contingents.
Around 50 officials assigned with different tasks attended the meeting amidst promise of improved cooperation and efforts in achieving the desired results. |
