Reasi , Jan 31 : Under the centrally sponsored scheme Teacher Education Plan (TEP)-2014-15, DIET Reasi organized two days workshop for village Education Committee Members (VEC) on Saturday.
According to press release, in the three day workshop, 250 VEC Members received training regarding formulation of school plan, effective monitoring on academic, punctuality, and other school related problems. These workshops were organized by ON Sharma (HOD), cooperated by Sanjay Kumar HOD, Badri dass and RC Sharma, Jaswinder Kour and closely supervised by Principal DIET Darshan Lal.
Under RMSA, DIET Reasi organized 5 day subject specific training programme at secondary level in teaching subjects like Maths, English and Science and Hindi, Urdu and Social Science in phase-2. More than 100, teachers participated in these trainings and the programme was co-ordinated by KC Sharma.
In the valedictory function, Darshan lal Principal, DIET was the chief guest, Kaka Ram Dogra ZEO Reasi was guest of honour and other present on the occasion were HODs, Lecturers and other staff members.
In the end Principal, DIET Reasi extended heartiest thanks to all participants with a hope to get this learning percolated down to the students for their betterment in education. |
