| IDP organizes “historical event” in resolving Kashmir issue | | |
Jammu June 3—
Taking a fresh and a new initiative, to find a peaceful solution of Kashmir conflict, Internationalist Democratic Party held a first ever and unique Historical event here today.
The historical event, in which different parties with different ideologies, but debated on the same topic, participated and shared a joint platform. The parties which took part in this event were Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (JKDFP), Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF), All parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) , with their representatives, Narinder Khalsa, Masood Ahmed and D.R. Sharma respectively .
For the first time, these parties and personalities, who consider Jammu and Kashmir a dispute between India and Pakistan, now reached on consensus that Jammu and Kashmir is not a bilateral but a trilateral issue, in which the people of Jammu and Kashmir should also be included.
The basic principle behind organizing this first ever ‘historical event’ was to find a starting point to decide unanimously a proposal to the resolution of issue. The resolution must lead India and Pakistan to the path of permanent friendship and cooperation and partnership on the future development in south Asia region and also must strengthen the Hindu-Muslim Unity on humanitarian basis. It must unite the divided families of the princely state under a federal structure.
Speaking on the occasion Jammat-e- Islamic, In charge Jammu and Kashmir Unit, Moulana Gulam Nabi Faridabadi blamed the Kashmiri politicians for the present turmoil situation in the Kashmir, He said, “only for their vested interests, the politicians of Kashmir are responsible for the killing of over two lakh innocent people. These cheap politicians divide brother and brother, and are responsible for more than half population of Jammu and Kashmir, which is living the life of refugees in their own country.”
