| Wakhloo chairs House Committee meeting | | |
SRINAGAR, JUNE 05
- House Committee of State Legislative Assembly met here today under the chairmanship of Mrs. Khem Lata Wakhloo and examined working of PHE department.
Legislators Mr. S. D. Shariq, Mr. G. M. Jan, Mr. Ashwani Kumar Sharma and Mr. M. Y. Shah participated in the meeting.
The meeting dwelt in detail on the issue of engagement of daily wagers made in the department since 1996. It also sought details about the casual laborers engaged in PHE department in Akhnoor tehsil of Jammu district.
