| Record of public grievances to be maintained by all deptts: Verma | | |
REASI, JUNE 06
As per the directions of the government regarding redressal of general public grievances at the grass root level, all government departments functioning at the district, tehsil, Niabat and block headquarters would maintain record of public grievances daily for which the required format has already been issued by the government and is available at the District Development Commissioner Office Reasi.
This was disclosed by the District Development Commissioner Reasi Mr Sanjeev Verma here at Reasi today.
Mr Verma disclosed timings have that he has already been timing from 9 a. m to 10 a m and 1 p. m to 2 p. m for redressal of grievances of the general public in his office Reasi daily except holidays so that the problem and grievances of the common people would be redressed daily.
The record of officials touring at various places of the Reasi district including disposal of grievances during the open public darbars would also be maintained in the format issued regarding officials touring by all the departments.
Mr Verma said that with the start of this decision of the government, quick and early disposal of all the problems and grievances of the general masses would take place and the general public would heave a sigh of relief in early redressal of their grievances
