On the directions of Chief Minister Mr Ghulam Nabi Azad, District Development Commissioner Poonch S Jasbir Singh Pachnanda held a public darbar at Mandi today to listen and redress the grievances of the people.
The people projected their grievances which were mostly related to drinking water supply, road condition including repair to the existing roads and up gradation of various schools.
The DDC gave a patient hearing and directed the concerned officers to attend their problems immediately.
Among others, Additional District Development Commissioner Mr Mubarak Singh, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Project Officer DRDA Poonch Mr Ajay Banday, Chief Medical Officer, Chief Education Officer, Executive Engineers of PWD, PHE, PDD and other district officers accompanied the DDC.
