SRINAGAR, JUNE 06 (INFO) - Government has ordered the placement of Mr. P. N. Bhagat, Under Secretary, Industries and Commerce as Deputy Secretary, PHE Irrigation and Flood Control department in his own pay and grade against an available vacancy.
The placement shall not confer any preferential right on the officer for promotion as and when promotions to the J&K Administrative Service are made under rules.
