| Khan Chairs Estimates Committee meeting | | |
Srinagar, June 06
-House Committee on Estimates today met here under the Chairmanship of MLA Mr. Ghulam Hassan Khan.
The meeting discussed various issue regarding new Assembly complex under construction. The complex will cost Rs.24.55 crore on which Rs.12.82 crore have been incurred till date. The meeting emphasized on the construction agency and the committee that work on the complex be speeded up to complete it within the prescribed time.
Among others Mr. Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din Sofi, Mr. Sharief-ud-Din Sharik, Mr. Nizam-ud-Din Bhat and Thakur Puran Singh participated as members.
Principal Secretary Planning Mr. S.S. Kapoor, Commissioner Secretary Finance, Mr. B.B. Vyas, Secretary R&B Mr. Shalinder Kumar and other senior officers of JKPCC and officers of Assembly Secretariat were present in the meeting.
Later, the committee inspected the site of the complex.
