The government today ordered transfers and posting in the Revenue Department with immediate effect. In today’s order 13 revenue officers have been shifted from present places of postings in the interest of administration.
According to a official hand out Rishi Kumar Gupta, SDM, Samba has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Samba against available vacancy, Riyaz Ahmad Zargar, Secretary, J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations has been recalled and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kishtwar against available vacancy. He shall also hold the charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer, Kishtwar Development Authority in addition to his own duties.
Showkat Ahmad Beigh, Deputy Director, in the Directorate of Rural Development, Kashmir has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kulgam against available vacancy, Mohammad Bashir, Joint Registrar (Audit), Cooperatives, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Poonch in his own pay and grade in place of Anil Kumar Sharma.
Ravi Kant, Programme Officer, ICDS, Doda has been transferred and posted as Sub Divisional Magistrate, Bani against available vacancy,Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din Rather, Collector, Land Acquisition, PWD (R&B), Anantnag, holding additional charge of the post of Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), Anantnag has been posted as Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), Anantnag on full time basis.while Hassan Khan, Tehsildar, Kargil has been posted as Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), Kargil against available vacancy.
Nasir Naqash, Tehsildar (Recoveries), Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner (Central) in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir against available vacancy, Ravinder Kumar, Tehsildar, Thanamandi has been transferred and posted as Collector, Land Acquisition, Ravi Tawi Irrigation Complex, Jammu relieving Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), Jammu of the additional charge of the post.
Rajinder Singh, Tehsildar, Hiranagar has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner (Revenue) Ramban against available vacancy, .Mohammad Hussain Mir, Tehsildar, Pulwama has been transferred and posted as Collector, Land Acquisition, Public Works Department (R&B), Anantnag vice Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din Rather.
Jatinder Singh, Tehsildar, attached with the office of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu has been posted as Principal, Revenue Training Institute, Jammu against available vacancy while Rajesh Kumar (SC), Tehsildar (AR), Bhadarwah has been transferred and posted as Assistant commissioner (Revenue), Kishtwar vice Farooq Ahmad Shah. The posting orders of Farooq Ahmad Shah will be issued separately, the order said.
The government has ordered that the arrangements from Sr. No. 6 to 13 are made purely on stop-gap basis and in the interest of administration and shall not confer any preferential right on these officers for promotion as and when appointments and promotions to the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (KAS) are made under rules from the Jammu and Kashmir Revenue (Gazetted) Service; placement of the officers from Sr. No. 6 to 13 on higher posts shall be in their own pay and grade and shall be without prejudice to the seniority of other members and officers of the Jammu and Kashmir Revenue (Gazetted) Service; and these officers shall retain lien in their parent service and departments, the order added.
