| BTHA accuses DA for ignoring local traders | | |

Bhaderwah Tent House Association (BTHA) has strongly criticized the Bhaderwah Development Authority for not taking into confidence the local traders of the area for making arrangements for the proposed tourist festival being held during next week.
Koshal Dogra President of the Association in a statement has expressed grave concern over the working of BDA and alleged that the authority has requisitioned tents and other goods from outside the town just to benefit its blue eyed boys ignoring the rights of the local traders. Dogra said like previous year, the BDA hired all tents from the Udhampur and ignored the tent houses of Bhaderwah which is in justice with us and added that when festival is going on to benefit the local people of the Bhaderwah then why BDA hired all goods and services from outside.
The Association president has sought Chief Minister’s intervention in the matter and demanded constitution of a monitoring committee to oversee the working of the BDA.
