| HC, Subordinate Courts closed for summer vacation | | |
JAMMU JUNE 09-
State High Court will remain closed for summer vacation from Monday June 11, 2007 to June 30, 2007 whereas the Subordinate Courts will observe holidays from June 11, 2007 Monday to June 26, 2007 Tuesday.
The notification regarding the Vacation Judges of State High Court Jammu wing and Srinagar wings has not been issued yet.
According to the order issued by J R Kotwal Principal District & Sessions Judge Jammu, Mr. Sanjay Gupta 3rd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu will be the vacation Judge from June 11, 2007 to June 15, 2007 and 1st Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Mr. Puneet Gupta from June 18, 2007 to June 25, 2007. These sessions Judges are deputed to deal with emergent matters of Sessions level, arising in Sessions Division Jammu during the Summer Vacation.
The Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu Mr. Sanjeev Gupta in another order said that during the summer vacation Mr. Amit Gupta Sub-Registrar will be the Duty Magistrate from June 11, 2007 to June 15, 2007, Mr. AK Sharma Munsiff Jammu will be Duty Magistrate from June 16, 2007 to June 20, 2007 and Mr. Sudhir Sharma 4th Additional Munsiff Jammu will be the Duty Magistrate from June 21, to June 25, 2007.These Judicial Officers shall be Duty Magistrates for the disposal of emergent criminal cases for District Jammu during the summer vacations.
