Jammu | June 9 An international seminar was organized by Budyo Ryu Kampo Martial Arts International at St. Marys RSL youth club, Sydney in Australia, recently Dr. Pardeep Sharma chief Instructor of Martial Arts , India of the organization . Dr. Pardeep Sharma, a 6th degree black belt holder , received wider appreciation and received offer to train the Australians in this unique style of self defence . Hailing from a small village in district Rajouri of J&K, Dr. Pardeep is a retired Indian Air Force official who started learning this art in Tamil Naidu in 1982. He was ably guided by Hemant Gaur According to Pardeep this art creates self confidence and skills to defend themselves at times. Dr. Sharma also trained girls of Presentation Convent School, Gandhi Nagar, and Carmel Convent School, Kunjwani, st. Frances School, Akhnoor and many other schools in J&K, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh. About 5.5 lakh persons have been trained by Dr. Pardeep and his team in the country so far and moving ahead with his mission
