On the burning issue of discrimination with the Jammu region at the hands of Kashmir based political parties, Jammu and Kashmir Panther Party organized a political meet here today.
‘People of the Jammu have been facing the wrath of rulers for the last six decades at hands of Kashmiri rulers” alleges Panthers Supermo Bhim Singh and blamed the Kashmiri rulers for demolishing the Dogra’ culture, language and the History.
Singh added that the Jammu is suffering right from the Pakistan refugees’ settlement in 1947. The Government has been never serious to the problems of Jammuties, so the migrants of 1947 from POK, migrants of 1965, 1971 from Chhamb and other areas of state are suffering till today. He asked the government why the orders of the Supreme Court have not been implemented for the last year to provide relief refugees at par with the Kashmiri
Migrants?
Continuing his scathing attack Bhim Singh said, ‘When the moon is conquered by the man but the people of Jammu are standing with a begging bowl in their hands before the Kashmiri rulers. Hundreds of educated and trained youths are sitting on the dharnas in the scorching heat when the mercury is shooting up to 50 degree. Where is the governance and Jammu legislators and the ruling class?, he asked.
“Instead of solving problems of Jammu people, the leaders belonging to the Jammu region are enjoying holidays with their families in Kashmir valley and relaxing there, after forgetting their duties and promises” he asserts.
Singh in his appeal to the prominent leaders of the various political parties to safeguard the interests of people of Jammu’s, their identity from the ruthless rulers to assemble at one platform, so that the people of Jammu may also live with honour, dignity and security
