Case registered in 'rape case', following CJM Directions

Jammu, Mar 7: Following the direction of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Jammu, the Gharota police today registered a rape case against two accused persons.
Police sources said that a woman complained to court that two persons identified namely as Rashpal and Kali of Gharota took her into their Bolero car in which they committed crime upon her on the other day.
Taking cognizance on complaint, Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Jammu directed Gharota Police to register case under section 376 and 506/34 of RPC against the above mentioned accused persons.
Following the court directions the concerned Police have registered a case against the accused and have took up the further investigation in this regard.
