| Tehsil, block level officers’ meet convened | | |

To listen to the problems of common masses and redress them on the spot, MLA, Billawar, Dr. Manohar Lal Sharma convened a tehsil and block level officers meeting at PWD Rest house Billawar yesterday.
Tehsildar Billawar, Mr. Puran Chand Verma, BDO, Mr. Chand Kishore Sharma, Assistant Executive Engineers of PHE, PWD, Power, Tehsil Supply Officer and other Tehsil and Block Level officers were present on the occasion.
Various deputations met the MLA and apprised him about their problems, which were mostly related to providing of potable drinking water, un-interrupted power supply, Employment and road connectivity.
The MLA listened to the problems of the people and directed the concerned officers to redress the grievances of the public.
A special deputation of farmers and cocoon rearers of tehsil Billawar also met the MLA and demanded compensation of cocoon seed.
