JAMMU | JUNE 30
In order to check the illicit liquor, excise raids etc. were carried oout during on 29/30-06-2006 under the supervision of SSP Border Jammu Rajinder Gupta, IPS.
During excise raid one person Janak Raj S/o Prem Chand R/o Miran Sahib has been arrested under 50-A excise Act. Moreover one scooter No.3978/JK02 was seized under section 207 M.V Act i.e with out document under P/S Miran Sahib.
Excise raid was conducted at village Gazipur Kullian, one Sunny Kumar S.o Ram Lal R/o Gazipur Kullian was booked under section 50 excise Act, under P/S R.S. Pura.
