| 400 Gujjars Join PDP | | |

A strong group of about 400 people belonging to Gujjar community, led by Maulvi Mohammed. Khalik joined People’s Democratic Party (PDP) at a function chaired by PDP leader M.S. Tariq at village Androth today.
While welcoming the new members in the party fold, Tariq said, it proves beyond any doubt that people of the area have understood fully the programme and polices of the party. He urged upon the workers to strengthen the hands of party patron Mufti Mohammed Syeed and its president Ms. Mehbooba Mufti.
The new entrants into the party assured Tariq of their full support.
Among others present on the occasion were senior leaders of party including Bashir Bhat, Sajjad Tariq, Ch. Abdul Amui, Ch. Mohammed. Qasim, Hafiz Allah Ditta Mohammed. Razak , Ch. Mir Hussian and Haji Allah Ditta.
