| One arrested with 6500 capsules | | |

Police today arrested one person and recovered 6500 capsules from his possession when he was on way from Punjab to Jammu. According to reports, today Hariachak police booked specific information that one person was smuggling the capsules in the area, after booking the information a police team led by Dhan Raj Sharma swung into action and laid a naka in the area. During checking police stopped a matador and arrested one Jai Bagwan son of Rattan Lal resident of Hariachak and recovered large quaninty of capsules from his possession and took him to police station for further interrogation.
Sources said during interrogation he confessed before police that he was smuggling the capsules from Punjab and involved in this for last many years.
Police has also registered a case in this regard and investigating the matter.
