A warm and affectionate send off was accorded to outgoing Additional District Development Commissioner Dr. Mandeep K. Bhandari at Kathua.
The district officers organized a simple function to felicitate the outgoing ADDC who has been posted as District Development Commissioner led by the step government.
The district officers mentioned about the good work done by the outgoing ADDC who extensively toured through the lengths and breadths of the district to access people’s problems and development works.
Prominent among the district officers who spoke on the occasion included Dr. Bharat Bhushan, Assistant Commissioner Development, Kathua, Mr. Partap Choudhary, CAO, Kathua, Mr. Suram Sharma, District Information Officer Kathua, Mr. D.C. Bhatti, DSWO, Mr. Vipan Sharma, Assistant Project Director, DRDA Mr. Chander Technical Officer, DRDA, Mr. Raj Singh APO and others.
Later Dr. Mandeep K. Bhandari thanked the officers and exhorted them to work with even more zeal and enthusiasm.
