| ITI electrical diploma holders stir enters 70th day | | | Jammu June 17— The unemployed ITI electrical diploma holders who are on a token strike for the last over two months have decided to take out a protest rally tomorrow in the city of temples. The diploma holders who are on protest dharna for the last 70 days in support of their demand of absorption as Rehbar-i- Bijli has assailed the non serious attitude of the state government towards their just and genuine demand. Addressing the protestors, Chairman ITI Electrical Diploma Holders Association has alleged that the government was unconcerned about the plight of unemployed and had not even bothered to visit them who on a dharna for the last 70 days in front of Divisional Commissioner’s office here. Sharma said the Association has decided to take out a protest rally in Jammu city tomorrow to focus the attention of the authorities towards their demand. He said the rally would start from Mubarik Mandi complex and after passing through several bazaars would culminate at Divisional Commissioner’s office at historic Mubarik Mandi. He has also requested all the unemployed ITI electricians to participate in this rally to make it a success.
