| People in large numbers join BJP | | |
Jammu June 17—
Out rightly rejecting the anti Jammu policies of the Congress led government in State, a large number of people have reposed their faith on the Bhartiya Janta Party and joined enmass at a function held at Kathua d today.
District President, BJP, Parmod Sain Dass Gupta, alleged that the Congress government has failed on all fronts. He said that the anti- Jammu policies of the Congress has disheartened the people as a result of which majority of them are joining the BJP which is committed to give due share to Jammu region which has altogether been neglected by the successive governments in the state.
Gupta also condemned the police lathi charge on the refugees yesterday, who were holding a protest rally in a peaceful manner, but police beat them in the very ruthless manner.
