| Pakistani girl nabbed near border | | | Jammu | June 20 A Pakistani girl today was apprehended near border locality of Mendhar sector when she cross over the border and entered into Indian territory. Reportedly the girl has denied to go back to her home as she was being forced to marry a person of their choice. Pakistani girl has been identified as Anida Khan Daughter of Mendhik Khan Resident of Kethar, Pakistan who want to marry of her own choice. According to reports today alert jawans saw some moment near border at Mendhar sector and they challenged but when they approached closer to site of movement and were surprised. They were not expecting what they saw there as they found a terrified girl couched within herself. The security personals apprehended her and brought to her to their unit thereafter preliminary questioning the army handed it over to the local police. During the preliminary questioning the Pakistani girl has been identified as Anida Khan Daughter of Mendhik Khan Resident of Kethar, Pakistan and she also told investigating team that she had crossed the border unintentionally as she doesn’t want to go home. It needs to mention that a year ago the army had arrested two Maharashtrian girls in an attempt to go across the LoC in a view to meet to their love found on the internet.
