Attributing the rush to the summer vacations, he said "as many as 4,77,797 devotees have paid their obeisance at the cave shrine during the first fortnight of this month." The figure exceeds by 34,251 as compared to the corresponding period last year. Since January, over 29.49 lakh pilgrims have visited the holy cave shrine this year, he added.
