| Thieves strike at Rajbagh | | |

Thieves struck last night in a house at village Jagdevpur area falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Rajbagh in Kathua district.
According to police reports last night thieves broke open in the house of Gopal Dass s/o Sita Ram resident of Jagdevpur and decamped with valuables worth worth Rs 32,000 and Rs 18,000 cash.
Reports said that the thieves struck when all family members were asleep on the roof top of the house. It was only the morning when the family members came down and found the doors wide open to their faces. They then informed to the police.
The concerned police after registering a case of theft has taken cognizance in this matter.
