Jammu, June 22- Maj Gen AC Soneja, Provost Marshal at the Adjutant General’s Branch, Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence (Army), Delhi Headquarters has been appointed as the new appellate authority under Right to Information (RTI) Act 2005 for the Army Headquarters.
Earlier, DG (DC & W) at the Army HQ was vested functioning at Appellate authority for the Army headquarters.
Henceforth Maj Gen AC Soneja will receive all appeals relating to the Army under RTI Act 2005, a Defence release said.
