| Congress holds one day Convention at Bishnah | | PDP demand on troop withdrawal, a political gimmick: Chib | |

‘Under the leadership of Chief Minister, Ghulam Nabi Azad, development process in the state has stepped up’, said MLC, R.S. Chib, while addressing the Congress delegates at a one day convention held at Bishnah today. He stressed upon the party workers to get masses aware about the progress achieved during the last two years.
Chib said, through Bishnah Constituency is not represented by Congress in the Assembly, but development process are going on adding Congress party wants all round development in the state
Referring to reduction of forces, prorogated by PDP, Chib said such utterances of coalition partners did not fit in the working of coalition Government and added when Mufti Mohammed Sayeed was heading the government; Congress leaders supported him, whole heartedly in order to solve the problems of the people. He said Congress have always dedicated itself for the cause of people.
In the convention, Chib hailed the appointment of M.M. Jacob as incharge of the Congress party of the state
