Rotary Club Jammu today visited the mentally retarded home to celebrate Raksha Bandhan festival with the inmates there. Amarjit Singh Modi, Jatinder Singh Gandhock, Mehata Adeep, Anil Kumar and Premshankar Singh led the Club. Rakhis were tied to the children and sweets distributed among them. Mentally retarded home presently houses 25 children, including 10 girls.
