| Army jawan injured in Mendhar | | |

An army jawan today got grievous injuries when some militants from unidentified outfit opened fire upon him. The incident reportedly took place when some infiltrators were attempting to infiltrate in Indian side at Bhadhur Post in Krishna Ghatti through Mendher sector.
Reports said the injured army personal has been identified as Jung Bhadhur Thapa of 28 GR.
According to reports today morning a group of militants was in attempt to infiltrate into the India side at Bhadhur post at Krishna Ghatti area in Mendhar sector in Poonch District opened fire injuring the one jawan namely Jung Bhadhur. Reports also added that the infiltrators taking advantage of the darkness manage to escape. The injured jawan was shifted to hospital for treatment where his condition is out of danger as last report ca me.
