| BJP ASK AZAD TO COME CLEAN ON THE ISSUE OF GRENADE ATTACK ON BJP RALLY IN DODA | | | Jammu, August 10 : Vice President of the state unit of BJP on Thursday asked Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad to come clean over the issue of identity of those behind the militant attack on the BJP rally near bus stand area in Doda in which 2 BJP workers were killed and over 30 others were injured. Addressing a press conference here at the party headquarters, Prof Hari Om charged Chief Minister with leveling false allegations against the BJP leadership adding that the arrest of five LeT militants from Doda district responsible for these attacks has raised a question mark behind Chief Minister’s intent. Soon after the grenade attack on BJP rally, Chief Minister had alleged that BJP was behind the attack.His statement had created lot of heat in political circles during the week long Satyagraha organized by BJP to create nation wide awareness over the issue of threat posed by terrorism to India’s national security. Prof Hari Om while acknowledging police action in the case also expressed gratitude on behalf of state BJP leadership and said onus is on Chief Minister to make it clear to the state populace what prompted him to level baseless allegations against the Nationalist party. |
